Lightning Legs, made by Chase E, was the first speedster we thought of.

Stephen Miller was a scientist at Thomas and co industry and was present when they were testing their new Project “Spectral” and he and his partner Brandon Cameron where adding final adjustments when a wave of Dark Matter hit the machine it became  almost super-charged and immediately activated with the duo present. They both became infused with ultra Energy and gained Super speed.

Miller became Lightning Legs, a hero to Ironside City but Brandon became The Doctor Speed, his main antagonist.
